JTF2026 Auditions

Junior Theater Festival Auditions for 13 The Musical Jr.

Preparation:

Prepare 16-32 bars of an age appropriate song in your range that also shows off your acting skills! Complete these two forms (Audition Form & Attendance Policy) prior to arriving for your audition. It is preferred for the Audition Form to be filled out on a computer so that all fields are completed and legible. The form works best when opened and completed in Adobe Acrobat (not a web browser).

Arrive on the day of your audition at least 10 MINUTES early to sign-in at The Biz office and be sure to bring the following:

1. A BACKUP TRACK OF YOUR SONG ON A PHONE, (no singing can be on the backup track), if you have one.
2. YOUR COMPLETED AUDITION FORM & ATTENDANCE POLICY
3. ALL CONFLICTS that are NOT rehearsals for Biz shows or Biz classes, WRITTEN ON THE BACK OF THE AUDITION FORM. Please include any vacations through Jan. 15th!
4. DRESS UP and bring CLOTHES THAT YOU CAN DANCE IN. We will hold a mandatory 30 minute dance audition after every 2 sets of singing time slots.

5. Be familiar with the show, the roles and the songs!

PARENTS!  If you have not attended JTF in the past, you are required to attend a parent meeting at either 6:30 or 8:00 that evening, (During your child’s dance audition.)
